    This short black and white film is based on recent social science research by the co-writer, Dr. Matt Bereza, which suggests growers and foodservice managers struggle with local food models. During the film, the subject builds a small oven in the rural Ohio landscape from found materials, produces bread, and distributes it free from the oversight of established procedures. Bereza describes his personal history with baking and his research on the disconnect between the ability to produce and buy local foods. Budget: $1,000
